The kitchen, equally renovated, is equipped with an oven, microwave, coffee machine and all the necessary utensils to prepare your meals with comfort. In the laundry room, you will also find a washing machine, iron and ironing board, ensuring all practicality during your stay.

The common areas stand out for their spaciousness and abundant natural light that enters through the large windows distributed throughout the bedrooms and living room. It features three spacious bedrooms, all equipped with a double bed, one of which is a suite with a private bathroom. The second bathroom, modern and functional, is available to all guests, ensuring total convenience during the stay.
