Completely renovated and recently decorated, this dwelling was designed to provide comfort and well-being. It features three spacious bedrooms, all equipped with a double bed, one of which is a suite with a private bathroom. The second bathroom, modern and functional, is available to all guests, ensuring total convenience during the stay.

The kitchen, also renovated, offers all the conditions to prepare your meals with ease and pleasure — from oven and microwave to coffee machine. In the laundry room, you will also find everything you need for a practical and comfortable stay, such as washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The remaining spaces of the house are distinguished by the generosity of the areas and the abundant natural light that enters through the large windows scattered throughout the bedrooms and living room. The living and dining room, in an open concept, create a welcoming and harmonious environment, with direct access to the inviting balcony of the accommodation. From there, the view extends to the ocean, which always reveals itself as tranquil and inspiring.

Just a few minutes away is the charming Ponta do Sol beach, one of the locals' favourites. Despite being a pebble beach, the bay with calm and crystal-clear waters provides relaxing moments. In the surrounding area, cafés, restaurants and cultural spaces complete the seaside experience.

Get to know Lovely Lugar by Homie, Your Home Away from Home on Madeira Island by the sea, located in the charming Lugar de Baixo, in Ponta do Sol, one of the sunniest and most beautiful areas of Madeira.

Here, every detail has been carefully considered to provide a memorable stay, combining comfort, tranquillity, and the unique charm of its privileged location. Fully decorated with soft colours and a welcoming environment inspired by the serenity of the sea and local palms, Lovely Lugar conveys an immediate sense of well-being.

Upon entering, you are greeted by a comfortable and elegant living room, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring the island. Adjoining this area is a cosy dining space and a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing family meals or holiday-flavoured breakfasts. Also on this floor, you will find one of the bathrooms with a bathtub, ensuring total comfort during your stay.

The upper floor consists of three carefully prepared rooms.
One room has a double bed, another offers a practical bunk bed, and the third bedroom entails a single bed which can be converted to a double bed, making the space ideal for families or groups. Each room has direct access to the balcony, from where one can enjoy a wonderful view — one of the great charms of Lovely Lugar.
On this floor is also the second bathroom, also equipped with a bathtub.

Outside, a small area with a portable barbecue invites relaxed outdoor meals, while the laundry facilities facilitate longer stays. For greater convenience, the accommodation offers private parking for one car.
