The space integrates harmoniously with the practical and fully equipped kitchen, creating a welcoming and functional environment to relax, prepare meals and share good moments.

Skyline Heights has two comfortable bedrooms: the master bedroom, with a double bed and an elegant private bathroom that guarantees complete privacy and comfort; the second interior bedroom, which, for this reason, does not benefit from the same natural light, is equally welcoming and is perfect for family members or friends. Furthermore, the accommodation has a second complete bathroom with a shower, practical and accessible in the hallway.

Access to Skyline Heights is made exclusively by a staircase that connects the main road to the accommodation. Parking is carried out next to the road, and to reach the house, it is necessary to climb several steps.

The true highlight is outdoors: a spacious area fully equipped for your leisure. Here, you can relax in the open air, enjoy the unique sunset over Funchal Bay or even enjoy meals with family or friends, surrounded by tranquillity and breathtaking views.

In the heart of Funchal, where the city meets the tranquillity of a residential area, Stone House Rochinha is born, a welcoming home designed for those seeking comfort, simplicity and the freedom to experience Madeira without needing a car.

About 15 minutes' walk from Funchal's centre, this house is the perfect starting point to explore the city at your own pace, allowing you to discover restaurants, cafés, shops, gardens and some of the main attractions of Madeira's capital with complete ease.

Upon entering Stone House Rochinha, we are welcomed by a serene and comfortable atmosphere. The décor, marked by warm and neutral tones, creates a welcoming environment where it is easy to feel at home from the very first moment.

The property has two bedrooms, with capacity for up to four people. One of the bedrooms features a comfortable double bed, whilst the second has a bunk bed with two single beds, making this space especially suitable for families or small groups of friends.

The bathroom, practical and functional, has a shower and the essential equipment for a comfortable stay, including a hairdryer.
