Located just about 1 km from Funchal Marina, Gem of a House offers spacious accommodation, elegant interiors and exteriors designed for moments of relaxation and socialising.

Upon entering, we are greeted by a spacious living room, carefully furnished to offer maximum comfort. Natural light fills the space, creating a welcoming and elegant atmosphere.

On the same floor, there is a small office, ideal for those who travel for work but do not want to give up comfort and tranquillity.

The fully equipped kitchen invites you to prepare everything from small meals to elaborate dinners, with all the necessary utensils at your disposal. A true invitation to gastronomic moments with family or friends.

On the upper floor, the villa reveals four bedrooms, all with double beds, one of which is a suite, perfect for large families or groups of friends. With three bathrooms in total — including one with a bathtub and shower, one with a shower and a WC — comfort and privacy are ensured for all guests.
