Inside, the apartment is divided into 2 bedrooms, both with double beds, and they are the chosen spot to rest after a long walk or simply to relax with the sound of the waves.
The bathroom is ideal for 4 people with a spacious walk-in shower so that you can relax and recharge your energy for another day.
The kitchen, fully equipped with the most modern equipment, was designed in an open space, favouring the passage to the dining area. This area is perfect for enjoying a dinner or receiving friends with total safety and comfort that the local accommodation provides.
The common leisure area is also spacious and receives natural light throughout the day as it has direct access to the balcony.
On the outside, the view speaks for itself! Waking up with the sunrise over the sea or enjoying your balcony until sunset will be one of your favourite activities.
When renting a car to better explore Madeira, you can park it in the building's garage with complete convenience and peace of mind.
In the vicinity of the building, you will find the fast road, the main artery to all points of the island. The eastern end of the island, the well-known Ponta de São Lourenço in the Caniçal area, is accessible about 10 minutes by car. This is one of the tourist spots that is almost mandatory to visit due to its cliffs demarcated by the sea. Besides the landscape, Caniçal is prestigious when it comes to local gastronomy as it is still considered a fishing village today.

The interior, in an open space concept, provides practicality and harmony, making each moment of stay pleasant and relaxed.
