The apartment is divided into 2 spacious bedrooms, one of them en suite, a bathroom, a conveniently equipped kitchen and a large living and dining room with direct access to the balcony.

The generous balcony is undoubtedly the cherry on top. Located on the 6th floor and with its excellent sea view, this will be a place to relax, have some meals or simply to enjoy our marvellous climate.

The location of this accommodation is also worth highlighting! Very close to excellent restaurants, pastry shops and Funchal's tourist area.
Conveniently, the Private Hospital is about 3 minutes from the accommodation in case you need medical assistance.

Renting a vehicle is the best idea for those who want to explore not only the city but the rest of the island and at this accommodation you can do so without any problems. You can safely park your car in the building's garage and you also have free parking in the vicinity if needed.

About 5 minutes' drive away you will be able to visit one of the best shopping centres on the island, visit the charming Formosa beach, the pleasant seafront promenade. At the end of the promenade is the well-known and picturesque bay of Câmara de Lobos. This municipality is one of the most emblematic on the island for its typical gastronomy, natural beauty and pleasant climate. Belonging to Câmara de Lobos, we cannot forget the imposing Cabo Girão, the second highest cliff in the World above the mythical fajã dos Padres.

Welcome to Living Funchal by Homie!

This incredible accommodation is located in a luxury residential complex approximately 500 metres from Funchal's centre. In addition to its beautiful surrounding environment, this accommodation also offers access to the condominium's private pool and gym in the same building (subject to an additional fee).

The apartment is very well lit due to its sun exposure provided by the generous balcony. This is ideal for meals, leisure or even for relaxing.

The veranda is common to both the master bedroom, living room and also to the laundry and kitchen areas.

The main bedroom is ideal for a couple, as it has a double bed and plenty of storage space. The living room, in turn, can accommodate an adult or even two children. Also in this room, we have a small, very pleasant and practical dining area.

The only bathroom in existence serves both the master bedroom and all other areas of the house.

Finally, the kitchen is fully equipped and prepared so that nothing is missing. Coffee machine, dishwasher and oven are just some of the features you will find here. To help even more with your daily tasks, and if necessary, the accommodation offers a laundry room with washing machine, iron and clothes line.

When visiting Madeira Island, we always recommend hiring a car, as you can explore with total freedom and comfort. For your safety, the accommodation offers a parking space in the building's garage and also several free parking spaces in its vicinity, in case you have family or friends who want to visit you.

If you choose not to rent a car, near the apartment (approximately 70 metres away), you will find a bus stop that provides a direct connection to the city centre. Funchal is a must-see for all those who visit us, as you should not miss the Farmers' Market, the historic centre and a stroll along the Seafront Avenue.

But Madeira is not limited to Funchal. With this central location, you can easily visit other areas of the island, such as the romantic Monte area, the picturesque village of Câmara de Lobos, or the inviting Lido area.

If you want to explore the greenest area of the island, you cannot miss the Rabaçal area, where you will find the emblematic Levada das 25 Fontes, Ribeiro Frio known as the heart of the Laurissilva, or even Ponta de São Lourenço, the driest and most arid area, as it is the oldest part of the entire island.

There will be no shortage of activities to get to know Madeira like a true local. Whether on a jeep tour, a hike or even canyoning, we have no doubt that this will be one of the best stays ever!
