The master bedroom of Casa da Oliveira I is a true sanctuary of tranquillity, where a soft double bed awaits to envelop you in a comforting embrace, together with an irresistible sea view. The soft linen sheets caress your skin whilst the soft tones of the walls create an atmosphere of calm and serenity. In the second bedroom, you will find two single beds perfectly prepared to receive your travel companions. Complemented by delicate decoration and an enchanting view of the surrounding spaces, this space invites rest and relaxation.

Meet Côte D'Atlantique by Homie, a new apartment with plenty of sunlight, comfortable and spacious.

It is located in the Caniço de Baixo Tourist Zone, with several accesses to the sea, namely through Reis Magos beach. It has great accessibility, as it is next to an access to the fast track and main road that crosses the southern zone of Madeira Island.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and consists of a double bedroom, bathroom with bathtub, fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room with TV, internet, dining table, 2 sofas, one of which is a sofa bed, a spacious balcony with sea view and laundry room. It is located in a private condominium that provides garage, lift, access to gardens and shared swimming pool.

Located 500 m from Praia dos Reis Magos with access to a promenade where you can enjoy a pleasant walk with panoramic views over the sea where you will find several restaurants and bars. Here you can find various water activities from diving, stand up paddle, snorkelling or simply enjoy the best that Madeira has to offer, great weather!

The Caniço de Baixo area is a sunny zone 10 minutes from the city of Funchal, capital of the Island of Madeira and 10 minutes from Madeira Island airport.

The apartment is situated very close to some facilities such as restaurants, bars, spas, supermarkets, among others.
